To achieve this, we do inspections, ensure quality packaging, partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners and communicate shipping status to customer at each stage of shipment.
Our major logistic partners are TCS, DHL, EMS, UPS.
All electronics products are delivered instantly and available for consultation and use in the private area of the user.
All physical products are delivered within the times indicated in checkout or differently specified during the purchase process in case of delay or no stock availability.
Shipping times may vary during high volume order periods, during holidays, promotions and immediately following launches/restocks; see delivery times in checkout for accurate shipping times.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Pre-order products are items that are currently out of stock, but you may purchase in advance from Store. Products pre-ordered will be shipped to you when they are back in stock
This Delivery policy applies only in relation to orders for Products that are fulfilled directly by Future Learn. For orders for Products fulfilled by third party providers (“Third Party Products”), including (but not limited to) assessments and examinations administered by third parties, please refer to the third party seller’s delivery policy.
Dispatch times
We aim to ship Products within the following timescales:
Personalised Products
- Statements of Participation & Certificates of Achievement:these will generally be shipped around 6-8 weeks after you have completed your course or purchased the product
Non-personalised Products:
- Projectors, Watches, Bracelets,Mugs, Bio Gen: these will generally be shipped within 4 working days of your order being placed
- Privileges Cards: these will generally be shipped within 10 working days of your order being place
Statements of Participation, Certificates of Achievement, and Posters may be posted to you directly from our printing provider, based in the Malaysia.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs vary according to territory and weight, and the delivery service you choose. The cost will be displayed prior to check out.
